hi, does anyone know what these are? i found them on my upper thigh, on the outside of my thigh??

they dont hurt or itch and i've found like some others on my elbow or the middle of my thigh but they are like isolated, like only one bump, could it be from shaving too rough? or something else, im worried, when i have the money im gonna go get it checked out but rn i wanna clear my head a bit and maybe rule out HPV
