So I’m in a confusing situation. I already went to the DMV to ask for help and after several hours of waiting, I didn’t even get a solid answer to my question.

I am selling my vehicle, after getting married a few months ago. The title of my car has my previous name on it. Do I have to correct the name on the Title before I sign over the car?
