I snagged a used TD-12 module to trigger EZ Drummer 3 (moving up from my ancient TD-3).
Now that I have a module that supports three zone rides, I want one!
I have limited space, so a 15" fits my needs better than a 18" would.
I came across this Lemon and it seems to fit my needs perfectly.
Just wondering if there are other options I should look into before pulling the trigger on one of these. Thanks!
I’d like to get a pearl hi hat stand to match my double kick pedal, which means switching to an electronic hi hat that works on a real stand.
What are some cost effective options that’ll work with a TD-6? I’m using EZDrummer 3 and planning on getting Superior. I also plan on getting an edrumin eventually.
I have an ancient TD-3, but I get my sounds from software so the TD-3 is just a glorified MIDI interface.
I want more inputs for pads, and I’m not willing to pay the tariffs on an edrumin 12 right now.
Can I just get another TD-3 or TD-6 or something and chain them together via MIDI?
Also - Which model would I need to go with to get support for 3 zone ride cymbals?
I'm a guitarist who plays drums for fun. I'm not good at it, but it's SO much fun, I'll never stop.
I currently have an ancient Gibraltar pedal that I'm ready to replace with something nicer.
I'd like something with minimal side to side play in the footboards, and something with some nice "snappiness" (I don't hit hard when I drum, so I basically want to be able to get reliable full velocity hits without having to stomp hard). I'm triggering a Simmons kick pad, for reference of use case.
I've narrowed my search down to the following choices (specifically shopping Sweetwater because I've currently got a couple hundred in credit with them)
