Whenever I call the main office and select “2” for the assistance office the call immediately responds with “thank you, goodbye” 😭

Does anyone know how to contact them? I’m having a serious food/finances situation and need help asap.

Just need someone to talk to about life and what’s going on. Everyone surrounding me either depends on me or knows me as someone else.
