How much would be a reasonable ask for this house?
First time building a house so idk what value to ask for!
Also is there enough cat stuff to market it as a cat themed house?

Been in my local library a lot recently as I'm studying for exams and I've noticed that people, including the workers don't even attempt to stay quiet. Parents let their kids run and scream, adults talk loudly as do the workers and recently someone had a dog inside barking for 30+ minutes and the workers told them not to worry when they offered to tie it up outside. It's gotten to the point where the noise is so bad it goes through my noise canceling headphones. Is this a problem elsewhere or just my local?
