Not sure when to when to move money into S&P 500

I (21M) am pretty sure I have too much money in my HYSA and not enough in my investments. My question is how much should I keep in my HYSA, checking, and S&P 500.

- 16k HYSA
- 8.5k S&P
- 7.5k Checking

Edit: I think my emergency fund should be about 8k. Is now an okay time to move money into S&P even though it’s so up right now? Or should I wait till it drops a little bit.

My wife wants to circumcise our future kids

We were talking about our future and I brought up that I would like to leave our kid uncircumcised if we have a boy. I think it’s worth mentioning that I am circumcised and I kind of wish I wasn’t. It’s not like I had a botched surgery or anything I just don’t understand the purpose of it other than aesthetics. When I asked her why she wanted to circumcise our future kids she just says it’s “cleaner.” This logic does not make sense to me. I could cut off my feet and then I wouldn’t have smelly feet right? Doesn’t mean I should cut off my feet to avoid cleaning them. Please tell me if it sounds messed up but shouldn’t my opinion have a little more weight because I actually have a penis? I’m not really sure what to do. I feel like this will just end up with me just letting her have her way because there is no scenario where we both get what we want. Happy wife happy life right?

Im recently married so me and my wife want to open a new joint credit card. We are traveling from coast to coast and will put all the traveling expenses on this credit card. I am active duty so annual fees are not a concern of mine for the time being. What do you suggest credit card we get?

Addition info:
- We both have around 800 credit score with no missed payments
- We both already have discover it cards and I have a military star card
- This will be our primary credit card for as long as I am in the military

So I’ve done some research and I am finding a lot of negative things about this base. I understand that it is not ideal but it’s what I’m stuck with for now. My question is what are some good things you have to say about this base?
