How to explain to HO about risks of splitting up a sit?

How would you best explain to an HO in a text that there are risks to a sitter if they split up a 2 month sit into three different sits? I know some of the issues, but I want to explain it to the HO. I don't know yet if I will sit for this person, but wanted to inform them about this. What would you say to an HO who is new to THS, so they know for the future? Just looking for sitter suggestions.

Need to get prepared... Is a regular fine tipped tweezers best or is this Tickcheck Kit more helpful?

At least in the US, tick season has started early and is off to a more dangerous start. ER visits are way up for tick bites right now. Sitters need to be educated about this. Even if dogs (and outdoor cats) have collars or seasonal treatment, they can and do get ticks in their fur. And if the sitter is sleeping in the same bed with the pets that is another more serious issue.

Sitters need to have information about how to check for ticks on dogs and on themselves and how to manage this. Lyme disease and other tickborne illnesses can be very serious. I think this also needs to be posted on the THS Forum with helpful information. But I assume it will be deleted by the Powers That Be.

I'm an experienced THS sitter. There's a location that I've been wanting want to visit for years. There are four dates listed from one HO during the summer. I always read reviews before applying. This HO has eight past sits listed and only three sitters left her a review. I realize this could be a very negative signal, or it could be some other reasons/circumstances. The sits go back to 2022. She may be a college/graduate student.

Because I want to go there and there are 4 sits available, I am wondering if there is any way I can talk with her and ask some questions to get a better idea of what is going on here. I realize doing a sit here may be risky. Can you think of any questions I could ask by phone to try to sort this out?
