Does anyone have a number to reach support directly? I've been in hell with offsite support for 3 hours. First tech was good and we went through 3 troubleshooting steps over the course of 30 minutes.

I had to drop to join a work conference call and asked him to document my account so that when I call back, we can start from there rather than from the beginning. He said he was documenting right then and we disconnected.

I called back a half hour later and reached a new tech that got my number but insisted my passcode wasn't working. It just worked on the previous call. She asked me for the number of any other line on my account and when I provided it, told me that number wasn't on the account.

That means she's inputting something incorrectly, right? But she wouldn't admit that. We finally got in after I searched for 5 minutes for my account number (internet is down so I had to find an old paper bill).

She verified I wanted to lower my bill. What the heck? It took another 5 minutes to find the previous case and she asked me what troubleshooting we'd already done. Isn't it in the case notes? She said they don't save so we have to start from scratch.

She asked me how long I've had this problem. I said for years. She told me a tower 2 miles from my house was down. I asked her if it was down for years. She said no. So how did that affect my service for multiple years?

I can't deal with this. That's almost a half hour of my life I can't get back.
