Hey guys, can anyone tell if my neck relief is okay from this photo?

It feels like it has a bit too much up-bow. I tightened it about a quarter turn tonight, but I'm not really sure.

(Just a detail: I turned the hex key to the left while the headstock was facing me, so the rod was actually turning right. I’m mentioning this because an AI previously told me to turn it right, but that ended up loosening it. I'm not 100% sure if the direction is correct now, but it felt very loose when turning right and had some resistance when turning left.)"
