Hi everyone, I’ve been scouting for a 3BHK in Bangalore for a few months now and have recently zeroed in on Adarsh Parkland Phase 2 in Panathur. I really like the 70%+ open space and the proximity to the ORR/Whitefield tech hubs, but I’m trying to get a sense of the actual market pricing.
Did anyone here participate in the EOI (Expression of Interest) phase? I’m specifically looking for the all-inclusive price (including car parking, GST, and other charges) for the 2.5BHK units. If you’ve booked recently, could you share the price break-up or any 'early bird' benefits you received? Thanks in advance!"
