My son is 15 and has been doing football for 4 years, but for the longest time has only been doing it for fitness and not out of joy, until recently (4 months ago) he had alot of fun winning the cup final so now hes taking it seriously, I was happy at first, then i realised he has alot of catching up to do. We have been working on the basics but recently i have no clue what to teach him next since im not even that good and cant keep up anymore, we started with ball control, like juggling (his record as of now is 45) and dribbling but now i dont know what to teach him

As a teenager i usually dont like getting put out of the loop of things, my parents are usuallt chill but if i ask to go out on short notice they'll say no. Today I told them i was going for a walk but in reality i met up with my friends to play football, its not like we were doing drugs or vaping, just playing football, anyway my dad saw me while he was driving and my parents had a huge crashout, but im truly sad, i feel as if i lost their trust, and my dad usually boasts to his friends about what a nice kid i am, now he says he cant even trust me to run errands anymore, any advice on how to win their trust back
