A month ago i've come to this subreddit desolated in order to seek any help towards my issue with the same update that deleted many accounts, mine included. By that time got the rec in going towards with the costumer's help in the game configurations, i did it, send an e-mail and get one answer almost 1 week later.
All that i've done to get my account back felt useless, i don't perceive Gameloft as friendly and helpfull, a vision sustained until now, but now, one moth ago, 1 week delay between emails and a astonishing suprise later I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK.
Feel happy for me later. Now i'm here not to light myself hero arc but to help those who have the same problems. Don't know if somebody done this before if so the see this as quick reminder.I've already share one of my advices, seek customer's help, but still have 3 more:
- Is really helpful for you to get pretty detailed about what happened in your site's complain. Day, hour, your account level before getting deleted.
2.After you've sended the complain seeking for help not so much time later check the email you said for them. Must answer this one with your previous account frywnd codiceand new one. If don't have one seek for it and doesn't uninstall the game until all the conversations are done and they offer you a napkin to cry .
- Wait. Every simple "no", "wait, i'll see it", or useless email thatt they have sent it's ragebait don't quit in the process. If you don't answer in 6/3 days one of these they will quit on you - even withouth offering a napkin!
That's all. After one month of what i tought were uselles words and effort i got my account back, and if I did it, mayne you can too.
