Anyone know how to schedule a pickup with Beckett? Or advice to get someone on the phone or respond to an email?

I live in Texas so I chose pickup instead of shipping and now have no clue how to actually get my cards now that they are ready. Everytime I go to schedule a pickup time, all I see is the screen above that no times are available for the next 21 days. Has anyone else dealt with this or have any tips on how to actually get a pickup scheduled? I am all ears if so, cause I know I've read and heard that Beckett customer service is not the greatest to begin with.

I almost always have my shipments re-routed for pickup since I work during the week and am not home to sign for the package. This is the first time I've seen the option to change the delivery for pickup at a FedEx location not allowed on a shipment. I just wanted to see if this is an across the board occurrence or if I just got unlucky with this one shipment.
