PLEASE help me!!

I have Windwos 11 and CPU i5 13600K.

I have a problem, with stop code: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT (0X101)
and when I turn on my pc, it freezes randomly or shows the screen like in the picture.
Can someone help me please?
Its not overclocked and its not hardware issue. When I run in CMD Chkdsk also didnt help. And when I run clean up image, it gets stuck and 62.3 and freezes minutes later.

I tired boot in safe mode and its stable there but i dont have internet there.
