Consistency pays off

Since December of last year, I started to approach my training differently. Over the last years, I constantly got injured because I was running too fast too often. That resulted in very inconsistent training, sometimes even in months with 0km.

Since December I am running much slower than I am used to (-20% roughly) but very consistent. Now since this month, I increased my pace again and total monthly km as well. My VO2max is going through the roof and is at its highest point ever.

I just want to share my happiness with you. For me it feels like I am falling in love with running again with much less pain and injury.

Take care of your body, stay consistent and enjoy every run guys.
