The claim that YouTubers posting "The Truth about DCUO" are merely looking for clicks is a convenient way to dismiss valid criticisms. The reality is that the game is in a terrible state, and the rise of this "slop" content is a direct consecuence of that decay. When a game suffers from a lack of quality updates, persistent bugs, and a shrinking player base, the community naturally becomes more cynical and we need to let the company know that we are not confortable with this; by making videos or not buying their product, if not the will keep doing the same bad things and the game will die.
