Please buff Ryu ult immediately.
It's so hype and tuff as an Ult, especially with the music and lyrics playing as you get lower but this shit...is so ASS!!! You don't even have to go see and introspective on it, just think to yourself like this. When was the last time you saw ANYONE run from a Ryu ult? You'll see mfs get lost if they bare witness to a Gojo or Sukuna ult, they'll also get to stepping if they see a Super Mahito ult or Higu. Todo and Nanami...are dogshit. But anyway, heaven FORBID people see a Absolute Mechamaru, Jackpot Hakari or Curse Naoya coming! Boys will straight up skip town if they see them coming around, or log because they know they're about to get turned into a free 5 bucks! But Ryu ult? Just go ahead and point and laugh at that bum. Sure, he can't die. So world breaking...but he can't REGEN either. He's GOING to be at 1 hp the instant the ult ends, and get fried after getting bounced like a basketball by any not trash opponent when he gets there. He's got M1's and a dream in ult and that is IT! let's talk about his ult moves.
One: "What are you after?" God awful, hitbox of the first part picks and chooses when it wants to launch the target up, and having to aim the second part randomly because of that just makes it even. It looks cool sure (everything in this guy's ult has Aura but is shit) but it's not actually good. Though, I'll admit the damage if you land both parts is nice.
Two: "I had no idea..." this move makes me actually, genuinely mad. Tze, bro what the hell? It's especially heinous because it's just so damn COOL! Just slugging it out with the opponent after tanking their moves using the first part of this, just to NOT get priority afterward?! They can still block after you land this move, you can't combo SHI off of it so if they're smart and know this you're just forced back into M1 trading after! WHY did he do this??? would getting to combo after this move really be that OP?
Three: "This is what dessert is like!" There's another thing I don't get why Tze did here. If you hit someone with the first part of this move while they're not blocking, it doesn't stun long enough to confirm the second part and they can still dodge out of it. But if you hit them while they're mid attack, it DOES stun them long enough to confirm the second part. My question is, why that complexity? Just give Ryu the full move off landing the first part regardless of the conditions man, it's not like it'd be broken. I think the moves well telegraphed, and the first part is blockable anyway so it's just more shit to make this guy suck.
In conclusion, Tze please buff this guys ult whenever the next update comes out because I can't take it anymore. Base moveset is so fun, but whenever I try to have an ult fight with another player using my own as Ryu I just get experimented on because I can't die but can't properly fight back 😭😭😭 praying that if he doesn't buff it the fourth move can at least save this trash
