I would like to express my concerns regarding my experience with Brandlink. I was removed from the account despite maintaining good attendance and performance, without being provided with clear metrics or sufficient feedback to understand the basis of the decision. Additionally, the lack of structured training made it challenging to fully meet expectations within a limited timeframe.
There also appears to be inconsistency in how attendance is evaluated, particularly in cases where employees are unwell. While I understand the importance of meeting client standards, employee well-being should also be taken into consideration.
I was informed that I would be compensated after being removed from the account; however, this matter has not yet been clearly addressed. Overall, the experience has been disappointing, as I believe I fulfilled my responsibilities to the best of my ability within the time given.
OM would be encouraging agents to share positive reviews about the company on public platforms. However, based on my experience, feedback shared on such platforms often reflects genuine employee perspectives.
Although I was reprofiled across multiple accounts, I cannot consider this a positive experience due to the lack of proper training and clear guidance.
I hope the organization can improve its onboarding processes, provide adequate training, and ensure fair and transparent performance evaluations moving forward.
I would also like to express my appreciation for the support of the administrative staff, including Ma’am Val, Ma’am Camille, Ma’am Michelle, Ma’am Che, TL Mary, and Ma’am Geraldine, who have been approachable and understanding throughout my experience.
Lastly, I would like to clarify that I was unfairly implicated in matters beyond my responsibility, such as applicant referrals. I have no direct involvement with these individuals and should not be held accountable for their application outcomes. Additionally, I would like to clarify that I am renting in Baguio, and any individuals staying with us contribute to shared expenses.
