Hi! I’m looking for a temporary subletter for my room from June 1, 2026 – Aug 1, 2026. The room is located on Tremont Street near Ruggles Station.

The apartment is a 4 bed / 2 bath, and you would be renting 1 private room. It is less than 5 minutes from Northeastern campus.

Rent is $1550/month without utilities, or around $1625/month with WiFi, electric, and water included.

I will cover the sublet fee ($350).

No pets allowed.
