I made a pickup order at my closest DashMart location like I have done many times before.
Traffic was rough and I was out shopping so I arrived one hour after I had made the order.
When I arrived the lights were off and no one was around which is very odd. I called customer service because there's no phone number listed
A few minutes later I saw an employee walk inside. I then went in and she was in the dark still by herself. I rang the bell and heard her cussing saying who the f is here... It was very odd.
When I explained I was a little late to pick up my order she said the place was supposed to be closed? their hours are listed online and I normally show up at this time anyway but I've never seen her before.
Is this just a matter of an employee not following rules or what? It was a very strange experience
