How can I make my living room and dining area look less like a West Elm showroom?

I'm hoping to replace the dining table, coffee table, media console, rug, and wall art.

The console behind the dining table will be moved to the entryway, so the wall will be empty. Would you rearrange anything else?

The pendant light above the dining table doesn't seem to match the current style.

The speakers will be on wooden legs in oak as seen in the second last photo.

Should the art work in the last photo be in the living room?

I've included a photo of the kitchen for colour and style reference. I appreciate any advice and suggestion!
