Over 30 days, Landlord won't return rental deposit

I know Utah is not a renter friendly state but from what I have researched I do have some rights regarding my deposit.

I moved out over 30 days ago and the property management company - 4 Corners Homes - has not been responding to me when I reach out inquiring about the return of my deposit. I am in their automated death loop with their texting platform and they have since removed my account from the rental app. They haven't contacted me informing me if they were withholding any deposit amount or that I wasn't getting it back at all. Which would be absurd given all the issues that home had.

This property management company is absolutely the worst! I've had issues with them from day 1. The house was not cleaned before we moved in but they had all these crazy requests from us upon move out. One of the bathrooms was unusable for 2 months due to a toilet leaking (this issue started with the previous owner)! It took them more than 2 weeks to even get someone to respond to our maintenance request. Then they tore up the floor leaving black mold exposed until they came back and finally fixed it weeks later.

I am no legal expert and I have tried doing some research but I've got to have some rights. At least when it comes to getting my deposit back. Anyone have any advice or have a similar experience? Is there a way to get them to respond to me without paying legal fees first? I don't want to lose anymore money...

I've had two instances now where a recruiter/HR reached out to schedule an interview, we agreed on a date and time, and then THEY no show.

The most recent incident was a recruiter reaching out regarding a job I didn't even apply for. Because I am looking and the role sounded interesting, I stayed up late one night to tailor my resume to the JD. I emailed it back the next morning and the recruiter responded right away asking to set up a quick call. We both agreed on a time and then she never called.

I waited 5 minutes, sent her an email with my phone number and a polite reminder I was still available to talk and nothing. I gave her 24 hours to respond with SOMETHING and then followed up one more time. This time asking what happened. She ghosted me...

Has anyone else had this happen? What is going on? Why would they waste time trying to set up a call and then never show?
