I recently moved into Ventura county in a quite suburb. I ride a MT10 with an aftermarket exhaust. Due to the power of the bike, I can short shift while still riding faster than traffic in order to keep the noise to a minimum.

Im considering picking up a used zx4rr with aftermarket exhaust for mountain riding but am concerned due to the nature of the bike that it will be constantly screaming, annoying my neighbors. Can the bike be ridden politely and still get through traffic?
