Withdrawal symptoms

Ok, I just quit nicotine 2 days ago. On the very first day I already threw up, and now my throat is extremely sore and my tonsils are swollen. The craziest part is, I haven't gotten any cravings. Ive just felt EXTREMELY sick. Does anyone have any tips for nausea? I've heard the 3rd day is the worst and I am NOT looking forward to it, so id like any advice I could get. I have also gotten very painful headaches and my throat is extremely itchy and sore. Smokers flu is not for the weak

Hello everyone! Im 18 and ftm, and I started transitioning at 11. As a young Trans person with unsupportive parents, I was very uneducated on how to safely bind and as soon as I got my binder at 12 I wore it for days at a time without taking it off. Now that im older, I've noticed my chest has developed completely differently from most Afab people my age, (almost like an upside down triangle, very saggy, aswell as one being much larger then the other), and while I plan on getting top surgery when i have more money, I have no idea if theres any way to reverse the effects incase the deformed shape of my chest makes it more difficult to go through with getting top surgery. I also already have a quite large chest which already limits my options. Obviously I dont know for sure if my chest is a direct effect of my past unsafe binding, but I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge on if it could effect my ability to get top surgery
