Looking to purchase a 1bhk in Dubai Marina, ideally at DEC Towers, willing to close immediately if i like the Unit. Pre approved by banks, mortgage buyer. Multiple listings on property finder at 1m, i'm not interested in paying that price.

If anyone has stayed in this place, what reasons you would give to not proceed ahead, apart from issues with building management, and age of building ?

Ideally

- 800 sqft+

- Not close to garbage chute

- Floor does not matter.

- Have a balcony

- Marina view would be great, willing to stretch a little for this as well.

- Should be vacant.

When i say i'm ready to move, i'll take an hour to decide at max from the time of viewing.

Please dont reach out with non Marina areas, or and especially JVT or JVC Units.
