Dropped off my RAM kit for an RMA on Sunday using a prepaid UPS label (2-day shipping). It was supposed to be delivered by the 29th of April, but it’s now the 4th of May and tracking still says “label created, UPS hasn’t received the package.”
Called Staples ( the place I used to ship it ) and they confirmed UPS already picked up their shipments. So now my package is basically in limbo with no origin scan, and I’m stuck without my RAM and can’t even use my PC.
A simple 2 day delivery has now turned into a shit show because the American Postal System is worthless. Going through claims now with UPS, and contacted Corsair and told them they need to investigate as well.
Has anyone else had UPS lose a package before it even gets scanned? Did it eventually show up or am I just going to get scammed by claims telling me to go fuck myself.
