PSA Encased Cards
What is everyone’s take on sending in encased cards for grading to PSA? I have sent in 6 and none received a 10. In fact, I had an encased flawless /10 diamond card grade a 7. The scanned photos look like they are damaging corners when placing them in penny sleeves. Has anyone else had this issue?
