Now imagine this: ur abt to head to class cuz it's abt that time so u go to get ur scooter and you find the lock BOLT CUTTED OFF (idc abt grammar rn, there's bigger fish to fry).
Scooters gone. All I know now is someone's running around with a chopped off cuff on the pole of an e-scooter.
