2016 A4 - Oil changed 4K miles ago

MMI went off stating low oil, add 1 quart, safe to continue driving. Added 1 quart, MMI cleared itself, now have CEL for P2187 (System too lean at idle).

150,000 miles, only owner, 1st CEL. Have never once had an issue with oil loss so it was pretty shocking to get that notification.

Any chance it was a faulty MMI notification and now I've got an extra quart of oil setting off the CEL?
