Has anyone recently tried using the NPTEL score feedback text box after results were published?

I’m trying to raise a query for score review/possible re-evaluation, but on the internal NPTEL exam form page, the feedback text box appears, yet I cannot see any clear Submit button beside or below the textbox. It also does not seem to save the feedback after reloading/refreshing. I’m not sure whether this is a browser issue, a portal bug, or whether the form is auto-saving somehow.

A few questions:

1. Has anyone successfully submitted score feedback through the internal NPTEL portal recently?
2. Is there supposed to be a submit button after entering the feedback?
3. Does the textbox auto-save, or should there be some confirmation message?
4. For re-evaluation, do we need to mention specific questions, or can we request a general review of score calculation?
5. Has anyone received a response after submitting score-related feedback during the previous years? How long did it take?

Any guidance from students who have used the feedback system and heard back from NPTEL before would be really helpful.
