Due date: April 24, 2026 Paid the bill: April 25, 2026 (they will give your 48hrs to paid the balance before they cut your connection)

So today, they cut off our connection even we have paid the bill already but upon checking sa portal hindi pa na reflect yung payment namin nung April 25, 2026 and they gave us until April 28, 2026 to settle the balance. May tumawag yesterday from their end asking me kailangan ako magbabayad sa bill since puputulan na nila kami ng connection today and I told him yesterday na nakapagbayad na kami and I was wondering bakit hindi pa nag reflect yung payment namin sa portal. I gave him the reference number and everything. Then now, April 28 naputulan na kami ng connection. I was so shocked kasi nakapagbayad na kami before April 28 pa. I requested for a reconnection it says 2 hours to wait pa pero 2 hours na yung lumipas pero wala hindi pa din bumabalik yung connection namin.

I messaged them via messenger to chat with one of their agents pero unfortunately all their representatives are currently engaged. They created a case for me about this one and they will just update me 24 hours. ☹️

Do you have the same experience as mine? Ilang hours pa ba bago ma reconnect yung connection? They were very wrong on that matter. With this, I was planning to switch to other provider nalang.
