Hi, I'm 19 years old and I saw a video about this on TikTok. They said I had to hold my index finger over my phone's flashlight and that I shouldn't be able to see my heartbeat. I did it just out of curiosity, and I can see my heartbeat.

Should I be worried, or is this just an exaggeration or misinformation from TikTok?
