I usually shave my arms and legs (for my own personal appeal). My parents don't really notice it. But today I cut myself while shaving my arms and had to wear a bandage. My mom asked me how I got it, and I told her how. She got really mad at me for shaving my arms and told me to never do it again, and that it's wrong and unnecessary. What do I do? I don't like having hairy arms, and I've seen that it's not haram to shave arms or legs. How do I prove this to her?
Yes, I know that it is permissible to shave your whole body as a girl. I'm asking how to get her to let me shave my arms without causing an argument.
