I submitted my 2024 taxes on 2/14/25. I have a submission id. The irs.gov WMR site indicates my return was received and is being reviewed, but the transcript indicates no return was filed. I have called the 844-545-5640 number and the automated voice simply repeats the text on the WMR page in regard to my refund status. At this point, it has been 15 months and no sign of the refund or any change in status. Tried to make an appt with my nearest Taxpayer Assistance Office and it indicated call volume was too high for them to respond. Any suggestions for next steps?
