Wrong address refill
Need help. Anyone else has trouble with Pom sending wrong address to a pharmacy? How did you get it resolved? Because I have called and sent messages and nothing has been done yet.
I was informed by FedEx around noon Friday about an over night shipment from Halandale. The address was wrong. I called Pom right away and they confirmed that yes, the address they gave was wrong. After 2 hrs I called again so they escalated the issue. An hr went by so I called again. I also called Hallendale twice and FedEx. Hallendale and fedex both informed me that I was unable to change the address becauseof restrictions. Someone from Pom needed to call Hallendale and then Hallendale would call FedEx to correct the address before it was supposed to be delivered Sat. I made all these calls before 6pm Friday whne the package was still at Hallendal's local Fedex. Its now 9pm Monday and I've sent 3 more messages to Pom no updates.
