Salaams, has anyone here experienced/been forced to undergo “conversion therapy” by their family or maybe even they themselves in an effort to “fix” their sexuality? I’m hoping to write an article exposing the cruelty of this practice in our community as it’s been done for so long in the Christian communities. Little we have…. Rant over… I logged on today switched out of SAVE to IDR, they gave me a HUGE number. I have no idea how I’m going to do it. A friend told me they reapplied and randomly got a lower monthly payment? I just want all this to go away like we all do… please advise and help. This community is the only space that I feel supported in all this hell. Thank you🙏🏽
Hi! I have been accepted by a publishing house already and I turned in my full book manuscript to my editor one month ago exactly. They asked for the entire book rather than chapter by chapter for their editing. How long does this turnaround typically take? It’s an independent and small publishing house. My editor is very responsive and great. Last email was “rest assured, in a few weeks I’ll send you feedback”. The waiting is hard! And I know it’s part of the process.. any advice is so helpful thank you!
