I want to make a foraging box for my budgie and want it to be as natural as possible so I was thinking I’d grow wheatgrass and possibly some other grasses (still researching) and adding some sticks, rocks, etc. Also adding some sprouted seeds, which I’ll be sprouting separately, and sprinkling some seeds and pellets in so he can sometimes forage for his food. But not sure if the soil would be a problem? I plan on using coco coir, has anyone tried this or done something similar? Do you know if the coco coir would be okay to use? Do you have any other advice? I want this to be as natural as possible for him
