Hello! I'm looking to commission a warm, slice-of-life digital illustration of four friends at a round table, something like a cozy bistro or outdoor patio setting. I'd like two versions of the same scene: one version with four friends in the midst of a conversation, the second version one of the friends on the edge of the table is replaced with a duck.
The style I'm looking for initially is one with clean line art perhaps, warm colors, and slice-of-life-like. A detailed background isn't important, the focus is on the four friends at the table. No dramatic lighting or complex details needed.
The first four images is the sort of setting I'm looking for. I think the first two images strikes a nice balance between the background and the subjects. The focus is on the characters more than anything.
The last two images have that sort of nice warm color and feel to them. Shar's image has a nice background and texture, it doesn't have to be detailed or complex. The last image has a nice style for the characters as well, along with the warm feel.
