Hi

My working holiday visa is ending in couple months and i want to stay in Australia for my daughter.

Since we are not together with the mother of my daughter, she doesn’t want to help me with 820 de facto visa.

I was thinking about Parent visa 103 as my only option but migration lawyer told me that i won’t get a bridging visa to wait for my 20-30year approval time and i would have to be outside Australia.

I am spending time with my daughter and also been always there financially for the whole 2 years.

Migration lawyer also mentioned Ministerial Intervention as the last resort.

Any suggestions?
