This weekend is my city wide rummage sales, and I love going every year. Around this time last year is when I stopped leaving my house. For the past 8 months I’ve been working really hard at exposure therapy and have been slowly getting further from my house and going to new places. This morning I went garage saleing for 2 HOURS with my mom and had a blast. I was so proud of myself and even though I struggled near the beginning, I pushed through and today my real self won the fight and the agoraphobia lost. I got some good finds and got 4 things for less than 10 dollars. We probably went to about 10 sales.
