Got a mouth guard about a week ago due to teeth grinding. I got one off amazon and fitted it myself and it seems to fit fine when i put it in before i go to sleep but i keep waking up in the middle of the night because it keeps falling out of my mouth.
I also am unable to fully close my mouth when i do have it in, the front of it sits in between my lips.
Do I need to get a new one or is there a way to refit this one?
