Our 14mo baby boy has never been a great sleeper, but he's been waking up to start the day at 4.30am for the past 6 weeks and I'm finding it hard. He is on 1 nap at 12pm. I would like this to be 2 hours but its 90mins max and when he is at nursery he often only gets an hour. He goes to bed at 7pm. I'm sure the early rising isn't too much sleep as occasionally he only naps 50 mins and still rises at 4/4.30am?! Perhaps he's overtired but I can't get him to sleep more. He is still breastfed but doesn't (generally) feed overnight. I either feed him to sleep or my husband rocks him. He does sleep straight through from 7pm to 4.30am which i do appreciate is a win in some ways but it's still tough. Have blackout blind, white noise etc....I used to bring him into bed and I'd be happy to do this but he just latches on and doesnt go to sleep anymore.

Any advice appreciated!
