Ill make this as short and straight to the point as possible. Im an addict, ive known that for quite a while now. I completed a 90 day treatment last fall and was clean from alcohol. I managed to make it 2.5 months before trying a feel free drink. Awful fucking choice. I was hooked immediately and that stuff isnt cheap. Im also not one to just causally drink some or to only drink a certain amount. No sir. If im drinking im drinking. I stated with atleast 4-6 bottles a day, which then progressed into more, branching out to different brands, and such. By the end of the first round I was probably drinking a combined 6-8 feel frees, and a couple straight mit shots a day. I was able to just wakeup one morning and say no more in January of 2026, no withdrawals, nothing. Now in march of 26 I decided to do it again 🤦‍♂️. This time is much much harder. The metal addiction is something else. Ive got to be consuming at least 10 feel frees a day at this point. Its dehydrating me so much to the point my skin is ashy, and im starting to see dandruff in my hair of which I didnt have before. Im wondering if someone could let me know how bad my withdrawals are about to be when I quit. Ive been trying to cold turkey it for past 3 weeks and its not been happening. However im reaching my tipping point and need to decide. My family doesnt know yet. Im not sure ill ever tell them if I can figure out how to quit this shit on my own. Any tips would be helpful!
