Hola, necesito ayuda con este reloj. Me he comprado este reloj online y le pregunté a la tienda si sellaban la tarjeta con la garantía de Citizen y me dijeron que sí. Me extraña que no pusieron la referencia del reloj ni el día de la compra, ellos se defienden diciendo que con el ticket de compra ya sirve para hacer válida la garantía.
