EC: In selective business honors program as 1 of 80 selected when over 700 applied, 1 of 59 freshman selected to university's student body, captain of club bb team as a freshman and promoted to social media chair, member of business fraternity, greek fraternity, economic society, and vice president of dorm hall. For high school: senior leadership team 1/17 students, captain of varsity basketball team, young men's service league w 250+ hours of service
Work experience: I've had two normal summer jobs in hs, then two internships over the winter break junior and senior year.
Honors: Summa Cum Laude Dean's list 2x, 1/5 finalists for school-wide public speaking competition w/ over 1000 submissions, volunteer scholarship recipient, honor roll 4x in hs, national spanish honors society, ap scholar w/ honor
Essay: strong w good focus on specific classes/programs at UT, elaborated specifically on why my school didn't work and why UT is a better fit
LOR: I have 3, 3 from professors (including honors mirco professor) and 1 from internship advisor, I may get 1 more
