I applied to OSAP for my program tuition (1 year program) and my payment seems to have been scheduled to pay the first two semesters (with the last payment coming shortly in may). But my program is 3 semesters within the year...

Am I supposed to submit a new application now that the window is open for classes starting in August?

If so, do I word the application as if the program was starting in that 3rd semester? Or do I list the start date for the 1st semester? There doesn't seem to be a clean way to indicate its just another semester...

How do I stay covered by the loan payback grace period as a full-time student if OSAP incorrectly thinks I'm no longer a student come the end of second semester?

Is there somewhere on Campus I can visit to solve these issues?

Ender 3 v3 plus (very new)

PETG (but I think I noticed it once or twice before briefly on PLA) (fresh spool)

Nozzle 250

Bed 70

Slicer: creality

For whatever reason and seemingly on larger prints, sometimes my printer will do what is happening in the video. If I had to describe it, it's like the nozzle is just barely clipping an area of the print, causing a jagged surface and the strange grinding clicking sound. While it's still been able to build up, the area affected seems significantly damaged.

What could be causing this? Is there some setting I can change to slightly raise the nozzle next time?

Could it be some issue with adhession?

I'm using a Cleaned plate, glue stick, 0.3 starting layer at 20 mm/s along with a brim and the print seems to not move or rise with the grinding, nor does it seem to have visibly lost adhesion in the areas it grinds over.

I recently got my warranty heatsink along with a replacement nozzle after my old one exploded with the dreaded blob. Given the blob largely consumed my previous heat sink, I was watching videos for the assembly and noticed, beyond the two long screws to hold it in place, there seems to be a hole on the side of the heat sink that the subtitling labels for a "jack screw"...

Looking inside of my heat sink bag, I only have the two long screws. Is there supposed to be something that goes into the hole on the side? Looking into my new one, its clear there's nothing there.
