I'm currently on 4 copies for leaving weapon and would like to go for another one if there is a special effect. Could only find info on characters

W Devs. Reacted to the critisism of 200 pulls for a skin on every char is too much and changed it at least a little bit. So it highly increases our chances of getting it earlier, especially, if u build up some pity before.
