I mean like saving up for it. They cost more money than I can feasably wrap my head around and if I save up just parts of paychecks the way people are supposed to, I'll be 60 until I can afford anything gender-affirming outside of binders

Edit: I dont have insurance and because america sucks at educating their children, dont know how to get it either. Same with loans, though thats mostly because there's no way in Hell I'd ever be able to pay it back
