Rash on right breast, not itchy or painful but spreading

I’ve had a rash above the areola on my right breast for almost 2 months now. It’s more visible in person, but has been spreading. No pain, itchiness, or heat, but it started as 2 small clusters (where the green lines are in the first photo) and has just spread. Does anyone know what this is?

3 days ago, I also got a red spot on my left shoulder/bicep area, and it was a little itchy the first day and hot. Does anyone know what this is either?

Are they linked? Should I be worried?
