So my nails are all fine except my pinky nail. I once jammed it in a car door and the hospital removed the nail. I think because of this, I never liked the way it regrew and it made it easier to nail bite. It’s been about 7 years for this nail and my biting. I also feel the urge to bite because of the dark spots in the nail.
